Cheat codes offer benefits that surpass regular gameplay, typically designed to make the game easier.
- Cheat codes are activated from within the game itself during the gameplay. There were implemented by the original game developers.
There are two types of cheats based on the cheat effect:
- one-time
- permanent
Note: Sometimes the cheat code cannot be activated in Speedy Blupi. How to fix: Press left or right key.

| wellkeys | gives you red, green and blue key | |
| alltreasure | all treasures are collected | |
| endgoal | teleports you to the goal (you won´t win if there are treasures left) | |
| opendoors | marks all levels as done | |
| killegg | you will loose a life | |
| megablupi | nothing can hurt you (second typing will disable the cheat) | |
| showsecret | you see invisible blocks and secret boxes (second typing will disable the cheat) | |
| cleanall | destroys all enemies and bombs | |
| layegg | For version 1 one live is added. For version 2 you have 10 lives. | |
| birdlime | you have 10 limeballs | |
| tenbombs | you have 10 bombs coloured like your blupi | |
| udynamite | you have a dynamite | |
| netpacked | others | |
| ynosmooth | others | |
